According to
Wikipedia, there is only 11% chance to have snow on the ground here in Vancouver area on Christmas Morning.
Well, this year it is definitely as white as it can be with about 60 cantimeters (or even more) of the white stuff laying around. The previous time our city was under the comparable amount of snow was in 1998.
Actually, Dec. 25th of 2008 will rank as the Christmas Day with the most snow on the ground ever in Vancouver – the previous record was only 17.5 centimetres.
