An afternoon hike with the goal to be back at the Artist Point parking lot around 8 - 8:30pm to see the sunset. But apparently the weather was not going to cooperate despite a very promising forecasts. It was foggy and overcast almost all the time. Only at one point there was some clearing. Thankfully that happened at the right time and place - exactly at our planned turning point and over Mount Baker.
8 miles return, 1000ft elevation gain, highest Point: 6200 ft.
